This privacy policy applies to ‘online’ in the above listed websites (collectively referred to as the “PPT Sites”) and all ‘offline’ shared information, materials and services referred to as “Services” by The Presidential Prayer Team, Inc.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our PPT Sites, register on the PPT Sites, subscribe as members, fill out a form, and/or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our PPT Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, and/or phone number. Users may, however, visit our PPT Sites anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. The Presidential Prayer Team may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

    Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience
    We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on the PPT Sites.
  • To improve the PPT Sites
    We may use feedback you provide to improve our services.
  • To send periodic emails
    If a User decides to opt-in to receive information via emails, it may include Daily Devotionals, Weekly Prayer Updates, Ministry news, updates, related to service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to opt-out from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our website or by other methods listed below.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and/or data stored on the PPT Sites.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the PPT Sites and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is 256-bit encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Complying With the Legal System

The Presidential Prayer Team makes every effort to protect your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our organization.

Sharing your personal information

We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to ANYONE.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

Children Under the Age of 13

If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on these Websites or on or through any of its features or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as practicable.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under California Civil Code Section § 1798.83, we do not share any personal information with third parties for any direct marketing purposes.

The Presidential Prayer Team has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
